Welcome to the Festival of Cultures 2010. If you are interested in having a stall at the Festival, please complete this form. The Festival will take place on Saturday 27 March 2010 from 10.00am - 4:00pm.

REGISTRATION FEES:
NB: Registration fees must be paid when your registration form is returned in order to secure your site(s). Late registrations (and fees) will NOT be accepted at the Earlybird rates. Please note there is not an earlybird rate for commercial stalls.

GAS:Please note that ALL gas cylinders WILL be checked for safety at the Festival. Unsafe gas cylinders CANNOT be used.

HEALTH AND SAFETY CERTIFICATES:
If you are using power or gas on your stall or if you are selling food (and not a registered food vendor), it is compulsory (EXCEPTIONS PLEASE SEE BELOW) that you attend the Festival of Cultures Health and Safety meeting. This is a good chance to meet other stallholders and to meet the people who can assist you with any problems you might have during the Festival. (PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME STALL HOLDERS WHO HAVE ATTENDED THE FESTIVAL FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS MAY BE EXEMPT FROM ATTENDING THIS MEETING. THE FOC TEAM WILL LET YOU KNOW.)
At this meeting you can share ideas and learn about:
The safe use of power/gas, Water supply locations, First Aid locations, Health and Safety Checks and the Checklist, Food safety/chillers/water sumps
